Damages and issues
Please contact us if your item is not as described i.e defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items are not applicable for a refund unless it is a store issue i.e the item was not as described.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges/store credit
Once your return has been accepted we will ask wether you would rather an exchange in item or refund in store credit.
Refunds
We accept returns for a full refund of store credit or an exchange in item. Please note we don't offer any refunds to the original payment method, unless it is a store issue.
